I think this website is funny i found it by accident on craigslist today when I was bored at my "office space" type job.....anyhow.....i find the beards are a growing not just in Wburg but also around Park Slope another hip area of bklyn. I don't mind beards that much. I find scruffy guys actually sexy. But I do notice a lot of bearded, sometimes scruffy guys who are sooooooo skinny in their tight black jeans looking ultra hipster these days with those oh soo "regular" haircuts that are now instyle considered "indie" looks haha how funny!!!has anyone else noticed that?
I do notice that in WBURG people can walk out of their hibernation spots (cause who can afford apts there anymore) & literally wear whatever they find blindfolded and are considered "hip" now that's funny to me!

i find it amusing that there's so much hate towards pbr by association. i used to live in a town where pbr was the drink of choice simply for poor average joe kids who weren't part of the college crowd.

thats the point, that was the town where it made sense. They are not poor in this little town called brooklyn where they pay 2000 for an apartment.

Hipster haters don't neccesarily hate PBR we just hate what it now represents. I've got nothing but fond memories of my Grandfather drinking PBR. I don't know how he drank it because it is nasty beer. I guess he bought it because he was a working man and knew the value of a dollar. Unlike our hipster pals who wait for their monthly allowance to get wired in from Ohio. Damm those hipsters for ruining fond memories!!
