2008 Kickball Leagues Now Forming!

Attention hipsters, the famous
The games will take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 10am - 2pm to ensure full attendance.
This season there will be some changes. We will build an 8 ft. wall around the playing field so that the real North Brooklyn natives won't stare in awe and disbelief as they reminisce about the last time they played kickball in the 5th grade. You will be able to post bills on the wall to advertise your stoop sales, swap meets, and art exhibits. Refreshments will include: Organic Peanuts, SoyDogs, and Half-Caff Soy Lattes.

...seriously though...what is it with them and kickball all the time? I can think of a host of other obscure, random sports...and they pick that? I guess it must be an ironic thing - it has that "I played this back in 3rd grade gym class in '93" connotation written all over it.

Kickball, hahaha. We have our own infestation problem up here, too. They live in Jamaica Plain and Allston, both parts of Boston. Same deal. Pretentious little twats, stupid as hell, too. Love the site, keep it up.

I had basketball practice at my local gym at the YMCA. It was canceled because they were having a dodge ball tournament. I go in and it was all hipsters playing and hitting each other with the ball. I thought I was in 3rd grade again. I was like: Look at these fucking losers. This is what Brooklyn has become.

I lived in Bushwick once for a few months among hipsters, and though I will never post on this site again, I have to say-hipsters are dangerous people. they are full of extreme rage, childish pathos, and are just generally screwed up big kids living off of their usually well-to-do parents who turn blind eyes to the fact that their children have been poorly raised and badly trained.
